SnowEx Products, a leading manufacturer in the snow and ice industry, has upgraded its line of POWER PUSHER™plows with the all-new TRACE™ edge technology. This patent-pending system is made up of independent 2′ sections that raise more than 1.5″ and trip up to 30 degrees to accommodate contours and obstacles in the plowable surface. The pushers also feature a 3/4″ cutting edge with carbide insert making them durable for heavy-duty commercial applications, and self-leveling side plates that help keep the TRACE edge in contact with the plowing surface.
“Our customers need purpose-built snow and ice control equipment with advanced features and reliability,” said Andy McArdle, Director of Marketing – CSI for Douglas Dynamics. “SnowEx has always been known for its extensive line of spreaders, sprayers, and plows with industry-leading features and we are thrilled to expand on this with new technology meant to redefine a clean scrape.”
By working together, the sections in the TRACE™ system remove more snow and reduce the amount of salt that needs to be dropped. Two greasing locations allow the operator to keep the components well lubricated for maximum performance.
The SnowEx® POWER PUSHER is available in 8′ and 10′ widths while a common carrier attachment system makes them compatible with skid loaders, wheel loaders, tractors, and backhoe loaders.
The new and improved line of pusher plows will be available for order later this summer through authorized SnowEx dealers. To learn more about the all-new TRACE edge technology, please visit snowexproducts.com.
