DELAFIELD, WI — Road Widener LLC, a leading manufacturer of innovative road and utility construction equipment, hires Jeremy Dehnel as director of sales and Ross Ordinario as regional sales manager for the western United States. Dehnel provides sales strategies, foundational business development and leadership to the team of regional sales managers in both domestic and international markets through Road Widener’s extensive dealer network. Ordinario’s responsibilities include sales support and maintaining strong relationships with customers, dealers and other partners in his region.
“Our customers and the industries they work in drive our business,” said Lynn Marsh, Road Widener LLC president. “Our sales team takes great pride in serving our clientele through equipment demos, training sessions and providing ongoing support before, during and after the sale. The insight and experience Jeremy and Ross bring to the team will allow us to both continue and enhance this support as we work to provide innovative, safe and efficient equipment solutions to utility and road construction professionals.”

Dehnel brings more than 18 years of experience planning, organizing and securing and managing resources to successfully fulfill company goals and objectives. He provides a history of training, motivating and managing high-performing teams. The Oconomowoc, WI resident graduated from Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in business and chemistry. Additionally, Dehnel earned an MSHA Certification in mine safety and health administration and completed the OSHA 30-hour construction certification. When he’s done leading his team at Road Widener for the day, Dehnel goes home to his wife of 13 years and two daughters.
“Road Widener’s products, while initially seen as specialty equipment or having niche applications, are growing in popularity in a wide range of uses beyond the original designation,” Dehnel said. “With increasing infrastructure demands and labor shortages, it’s important that construction operations have equipment they can count on. We know that the benefits of Road Widener attachments are well-suited to address the current market trends because our equipment is designed by former construction professionals themselves.”

He also diversified his education with a Smith Driving Course certification, MEWP aerial training, Hilti saw safety training and a forklift operator certification. Ordinario was born in San Diego, where he lived for most of his life. He also lived in Temecula, CA for seven years, and spent two years in Eugene, OR. Numerous years on the west coast equips him with valuable insight to the region.
“I believe having lived and worked in the region for so long has provided me with perspective as I meet Road Widener customers and begin to visit with them about where our products are needed,” Ordinario said. “I hadn’t seen Road Widener equipment in action during my previous construction experience. But once I saw them at work, I realized their tremendous value. I’m eager to share Road Widener with customers and see the efficiency and safety enhancements that they experience with these attachments.”
