A panel of judges representing electrical professionals from the engineering, contracting, and plant facilities and maintenance industries selected the X770AJ as a category winner after reviewing 155 entries across 37 categories.

The X770AJ is the largest compact crawler boom offered by JLG. It features a working height of 84-feet and an industry leading 500-pound unrestricted capacity, which allows workers to take more tools and materials with them to the work area. An advanced technology quiet, quick start lithium-ion power option increases the machine’s versatility, as do self-leveling outriggers and non-marking rubber tracks that minimize its impact on sensitive flooring and landscaping. The upper boom features an articulating jib and a market leading 43-feet of horizontal reach.

The X770AJ passes through a double doorway and the narrow outrigger position setting makes it easier to setup in tight aisle ways. The removable platform features caster wheels for ease of mobility. Transporting the boom is made simpler, thanks to forklift pockets and dedicated lift hooks. In addition, the X770AJ is designed to drive a low total cost of ownership with synthetic, biodegradable hydraulic oil and removable hoods to simplify serviceability. An LCD panel boasts visual icons for faster troubleshooting, reducing the need for onsite service calls.

Adding further value to the product is JLG’s exclusive SkyGuard® enhanced control panel protection system, now offered as standard equipment on all JLG CCBs.
