Growing industrial lubricant manufacturer continues series of strategic hires to manage growth and better serve customers.

MENOMONEE FALLS, WI, NOVEMBER 10, 2021

JAX INC. — a US-based industrial lubricant manufacturer with expertise formulating high-performance fleet and heavy-duty, industrial, biodegradable, and food-grade lubricants— has announced the hiring of Don Mattran as its new Vice President of Sales.

Mattran comes from an industrial sales background and brings with him fifteen years of leadership in research and engineering, performance operations, commercial sales, and application development roles at ExxonMobil.

In one of his first official moves with JAX, Mattran formed a market development team to define key industries and product lines to grow based upon customer need. Under his watch, JAX has also consolidated its North American sales team into two regions. The reorganization is designed to enhance the overall customer experience through optimizing support within the regions.
