Central New York’s Hard Hat Expo is a fixture at the New York State Fairgrounds every spring and this year is no exception as the management team at Lee Trade Shows Inc. gears up for the 2025 event.

After over three decades, it’s a balancing act between remaining true to what makes this show an industry standard for the heavy construction industry – and the largest event of its kind east of the Mississippi – and pushing the show to the next level.
