AGC NYS Elects Officers and Directors for 2021

AGC NYS conducted its annual meeting and first Board of Directors meeting of 2021 this week, at which it elected officers and directors for the New Year.
Joseph K. Posillico of Posillico Civil, Inc. (Farmingdale, N.Y.) was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors. Carl Stewart of Turner Construction Company (New York, N.Y.) was elected Vice Chairman, David Collins of D.A. Collins Construction Co., Inc. (Wilton, N.Y.) was elected Treasurer, and Tom LePage of Barr & Barr (New York, N.Y.) was elected Secretary. Barry Fries of B.R. Fries & Associates (New York, N.Y.) will serve as Immediate Past Chairman.
Rufus Judson of the Pike Companies (Rochester, N.Y.), Ryan Forrestel of Cold Spring Construction (Akron, N.Y.) and Scot Owens of Barrett Paving Materials Inc. (Rome, N.Y.), were all re-elected to seats on the Board, with terms expiring in 2023. Matt Squires of Manning, Squires, Hennig Co., Inc. (Batavia, N.Y.) was elected to the Board with a term expiring in 2023.
Joel Lipsky of Lipsky Enterprises, Inc. (Bayport, N.Y.) was elected Chairman of the Building Board of Governors and William Mascetta of Transit Construction Corp. (Yonkers, N.Y.) was elected Chairman of the Highway Board of Governors.
Chairman Posillico named Jim O’Brien, Jr. of Bothar Construction (Binghamton, N.Y.) as the At-Large Director for 2021.
