The National Demolition Association (NDA) held its highly anticipated 2025 convention, “Demolition New Orleans,” in the heart of the Crescent City from March 5–8, 2025.

The event attracted demolition professionals from across the country, providing an unparalleled opportunity for networking, education, and hands-on experience in the latest industry advancements.
With over 1,300 demolition professionals in attendance, the convention underscored the NDA’s role in connecting members from nearly 500 counties across the United States. The event was a testament to the ongoing growth and significance of the demolition industry, as it continues to evolve in response to the changing needs of infrastructure, safety, and technology.
A key highlight of the convention was the volume of interactions in the exposition hall, where 29 exhibitors showcased the cutting-edge equipment, tools, and services shaping the future of demolition. Attendees had the chance to interact directly with manufacturers and industry leaders, gaining valuable insights into the latest innovations. This lively exhibition environment created a unique space for sharing knowledge and discovering new products that could streamline operations and enhance safety.
The Live DEMOlition Event, held on March 6, enjoyed a crowd of more than 600 attendees. This dynamic event featured 89 pieces of equipment and attachments in action, offering an exciting, real-time demonstration of demolition techniques. The Live DEMOlition Event allowed professionals to witness firsthand the power, precision, and safety measures involved not only in modern demolition processes, but in the new cutting-edge equipment just being introduced to the field. This live, interactive experience is a staple of the NDA convention and continues to be a major draw.
As Jeff Lambert, NDA’s executive director, pointed out, “The NDA Annual Convention & Expo connects a community of trusted and certified professionals from across the country to ensure demolition projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations.
