The American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) Foundation’s certification program to test and recognize an individual’s knowledge of the core competencies needed to recognize and mitigate safety hazards on transportation project sites has earned the “gold standard” of professional credentialing.
The American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) has formally petitioned the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) to repeal a 102 year-old federal procurement rule the group says has blocked, since its inception, the use of products that could improve safety and quality on the nation’s major roadways.
During the 2018 AEMA-ARRA-ISSA Annual Meeting, Feb. 20-23, 2018, in Indian Wells, CA, several awards were handed out in recognition of excellence and advancements in technology within the industry.
